This document is a review of Presidential Instruction (Inpres) No. 6 of 2019 concerning the National Action Plan (RAN) for Sustainable Palm Oil (KSB) for 2019-2024, which has broad objectives ranging from resolving land status, empowering farmers, utilizing palm oil as renewable energy, to accelerating ISPO and improving market access.

The Inpres covers five main mandated areas for 16 State Officials: strengthening data, coordination, and infrastructure; increasing the capacity and capability of farmers; environmental management and monitoring; plantation governance and dispute resolution; and accelerating the implementation of ISPO certification and improving market access for palm oil products.
