" Early control of forest and land fires is a key focus in forest and land fire management efforts. Therefore, to help us determine our next course of action more quickly, Madani is presenting the APT concept as a concrete form of support to the government, providing a way to evaluate forest fires that occurred in the previous year and also review cases from the past five months ," said Giorgio Budi Indrarto, better known as Jojo.

In general, APT is an approach to estimate areas that are highly likely to experience forest and land fires based on the number, distribution and duration of fires.

hotspots.

Jojo also emphasized the importance of using APT to provide the government with quick readings and enable swift action based on accurate data. " This APT was also developed with a significant data correlation with SiPongi, between 92-95%, so the margin of error is very small ," Jojo concluded.
